Appointment & Booking Policies

At Innovative Beauty Designs, we value your time and appreciate you choosing us for your beauty and skincare services. 💕 Our policies are designed to provide every client with a professional, relaxing experience while allowing us to stay on schedule and provide the best possible service.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

- AGE REQUIREMENT

Clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive services unless otherwise approved for a service intended for minors and accompanied by required parent/guardian consent.

- $50 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward the balance of your scheduled service.

Deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment must be rescheduled, the deposit may be transferred when proper notice is provided according to our rescheduling policy.

- 48-HOUR RESCHEDULING POLICY

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit, and a new $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book another appointment.

- LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled to avoid affecting the appointments of other clients.

If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged, and a new $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to book a future appointment.

- NO-SHOWS

Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not provide proper notice will be considered a no-show.

A no-show may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price, and a new $50 non-refundable deposit will be required before booking another appointment.

- CLIENT FORMS & CONSENTS

All required intake forms, health history forms, and consent forms must be completed before your appointment or service begins.

Please provide complete and accurate information regarding medications, allergies, medical conditions, skincare products, recent treatments, and other information that could affect your service.

-NO EXTRA GUESTS

To maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment, please do not bring additional guests, children, friends, or family members to your appointment unless previously approved.

If you arrive with an unapproved guest and we are unable to proceed with your appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled. 50% of the scheduled service price may be charged, and a new $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook.

-SERVICE RESULTS

Results vary from client to client. Some services may require multiple appointments, proper aftercare, and/or recommended homecare to achieve the best results.

Following all pre-care and aftercare instructions is the client's responsibility.

PAYMENT

The remaining balance for your service is due at the time of your appointment.

Innovative Beauty Designs specializes in professional skincare treatments, waxing, permanent makeup, Korean lash lifts, brow services, custom airbrush spray tanning, and additional beauty services.
